When you have psoriasis it can be difficult to find a good skincare routine that will not irritate your psoriasis, because of this I have decided to share with you the psoriasis skincare routine I currently use daily.
My Morning Psoriasis Skincare Routine
In the morning I start my skincare routine by using Murad AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser. I use this product in the morning as the cleanser polishes away dullness and impurities for a smoother looking complexion. This product also smooths skin, clears pores of dead skin cells, removing trapped dirt and impurities making my pores look smaller. I use a small amount of this product, massaging it into my skin using the Magnitone BareFaced! Vibra-Sonic™ Daily Cleansing Brush.
After I jump out the shower, I pat dry my skin to avoid irritating the skin, especially my psoriasis and areas which are acne prone. To finish my morning routine, I use The Ordinary Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate 10% to hydrate and brighten my skin. Usually, for my daily look, I will add some mascara, fill in my brows and off to work I go.
My Evening Psoriasis Skincare Routine
When I get home from work or my day, one of the first things I do is remove my makeup. To remove my makeup I use Superdrugs own B. Pure Micellar Water. To remove any tough makeup that just will not budge I use my Magnitone WipeOut! Cleansing Cloth. My favourite thing about the cleansing cloth is that you just use the cloth and hot water, no additional products needed!
After I have ensured all makeup is removed, I cleanse my face using Beauty Kitchen Abyssinian Oil Natural Cream Cleanser and my Magnitone brush again. I use the Beauty Kitchen cleanser at night time as it takes away any daily build up, leaving my skin clean, balanced and hydrated! To finish I use the Beauty Kitchen Seahorse Plankton Everlasting Radiance Moisturiser (not pictured because I recently ran out) to deeply moisturise my skin and stimulate my skin cells for natural renewal.
So that is my morning and evening psoriasis skincare routine! Is there anything you think I am missing from my routine?
